Techno India NJR Institute of Technology (TINJRIT) was set us by Navdeep Jitendra Ranawat (NJR) Charitable Foundation in association with Techno India group (www.technoindiagroup.com ) in the year 2008.
NJR Foundation, a registered trust, was established in the year 2003 in the memories of Shri Navdeep Ranawat and Shri Jitendra Ranawat by Mrs. Meera Ranawat with Mr. Raj Shekhar Vyas, an alumnus of BITS, Pilani and a techno entrepreneur having more than 25 years of experience with Tata group and later with own international business. Nine more highly qualified trustees with vast experience in the field of administration, finance and business have been included subsequently.
Techno India group (www.technoindiagroup.com) is one of the largest education group in India with 2 Universities, 15 Engineering colleges and 9 B-Schools. Engineering colleges of the group are known for high quality education with enviable placement track record with companies like TCS, COGNIZANT, MICROSOFT, INFOSYS, SYNTEL, HP, IBM, CARITOR, ACCENTURE, SATYAM, HCL, L&T, TECH MAHINDRA, US TECHNOLOGY, PEROT, TATA ELXSI, PERSISTENT, MPHASIS, HINDUSTHAN MOTORS, USHA COM and many more.
NJR foundation was set up with a mission to provide an international quality Engineering and Management education to students in the home city of its founder trustees. All trustees of NJR Foundation and Management of educational Institutes promoted by NJR abide by the following core values :

- Two trustees of the board are involved in the management of TINJRIT. Mrs. Meera Ranawat is Director-in-charge of Student Welfare whereas Mr. R.S. Vyas is overall Director of the Institute. Both of them do not draw any salary from the Institute.
- No relative(s) of any of the trustee(s) are employed in the Institute in any capacity.
