My Mission

AI shouldn't replace teachers.
It should amplify them.

One teacher, fifty students, three hours a week — that equation has limited engineering education for decades. AI changes the arithmetic. When every student has a tutor that never sleeps, the teacher stops being a bottleneck and becomes a multiplier.

My classrooms run on this idea. An offline AI professor answers doubts on the classroom LAN. Multi-agent systems design courses overnight. ChatGPT sits beside every student as a pair programmer. And the teacher finally gets to do what only a teacher can: inspire, challenge, and believe in students before they believe in themselves.

Why I Teach

The moment a student says “I built this” — that's the whole job.

Most of my students arrive believing that real technology is built somewhere else — in Bengaluru, in San Francisco, by someone smarter. My first job isn't teaching Python or transformers. It's dismantling that belief.

Exams never did that. A student can top an exam and still not believe they can build. But the day their chatbot answers its first real admission query, or their agent grades its first assignment, something shifts that no marksheet can measure. They stop preparing for a future someone else will build — and start building it.

I don't teach students to pass the AI era. I teach them to author it.

That's why every course I design ends in something shipped, not something submitted. Why my classroom has an AI professor running on a Mac Mini instead of a projector showing slides. Why faculty workshops matter as much as student ones — because one confident teacher creates hundreds of confident engineers.

AI is the greatest amplifier education has ever been handed. My job is to make sure it amplifies the students the world usually overlooks — in classrooms far from the spotlight, in cities like mine. That's why I teach.

Hi, I'm Dr. Aaditya Maheshwari. Twelve years ago I walked into my first classroom with a whiteboard marker. Today I walk in with an AI teaching assistant that runs on a Mac Mini at the back of the room. In between, I learned one thing: technology doesn't replace teachers — it multiplies what one teacher can do for fifty students at once. Every semester, my students don't just study AI. They ship it: chatbots for our admissions office, RAG systems for the library, agents that grade, tutor, and explain.
