At Techno NJR Institute of Technology, we believe in equipping our students not just with classroom knowledge, but with real-world skills that prepare them for tomorrow’s challenges. In line with this vision, our students recently achieved a proud milestone — the successful completion of a one-month intensive training program at BITS Pilani.

This training was designed to immerse students in some of the most transformative and in-demand areas of the modern world:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) – Understanding the fundamentals and applications of AI in real-world problem-solving.

• Entrepreneurship – Learning how to build, sustain, and scale innovative business ideas.

• Product Prototyping – Turning concepts into tangible solutions through rapid prototyping methods.

• Design Thinking – Applying creative problem-solving to develop user-centered innovations.

• Start-up Culture – Gaining insights into what it takes to launch and grow successful start-ups.

Over the course of a month, the students participated in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and hands-on projects that not only sharpened their technical expertise but also nurtured their entrepreneurial mindset. The program was an incredible opportunity to learn from experts, collaborate with peers, and explore practical approaches to innovation.

The enthusiasm and dedication shown by the students throughout the program are a testament to their passion for learning and innovation. Their journey at BITS Pilani has added another layer of strength to Techno NJR’s commitment to building future-ready professionals.
