3D-Modelling with Blender

Blender is a free and open-source 3D creation software used for making animations, models, art, and interactive content. It is a powerful tool that can be used for a wide range of applications, including film and video game production, architectural visualization, and product design. Training in Blender was done through the methods of online tutorials, video courses, and in-person workshops. Some popular resources for learning Blender were using the Blender website, which offers a range of tutorials and documentation, as well as the Blender community, which is a large and active group of users who share tips, tricks, and resources. There are many tutorials available online for beginners, which cover the basics of the software such as navigation, modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering. These tutorials can be a great way to get started and familiarize yourself with the interface and basic tools. For more advanced training, there are many video courses available that cover specific topics such as character animation, game asset creation, and architectural visualization. We used those courses and that helped in a great way to learn more advanced techniques and workflows. In-person workshops we provided more hands-on and interactive learning experiences. The workshops were typically led by Jitendra Choubisa, Asst. Professor, Civil Engineering department, and Abhishek Sharma, Coordinator, Mechanical Engineering Department.
